With more consumer exposure through trendy recipes in upscale restaurants, the popularity and demand for sunflower seeds are expected to rise.
Interestingly, while demand may be on the upswing, prices for sunflower seeds for consumption and oil production are projected to remain stable for the remainder of the year, as noted by the National Sunflower Association.
