Previously, DuPont launched the first 90% protein nugget, known as Supro Nuggets 570, which features a light, crispy texture and a barrel shape. The new nuggets are designed as variations of the original, enhancing their suitability for various recipes. The impressive 90% protein content reflects current trends in the protein market.
