With rising consumer interest fueled by trendy recipes in upscale restaurants, the popularity of sunflower seeds—and their demand in the market—will likely continue to grow. Despite this potential increase in demand, the National Sunflower Association suggests that prices for sunflower seeds intended for consumption and oil production are expected to remain stable for the remainder of the year.
